Rooms are decent with good hygiene. the staff did try to be helpful on multiple occasions. the location of the hotel is quite convenient for shopping enthusiasts and travelers seeking to stay close to the city center.

The service was extremely slow and at times there was a complete lack of coordination amongst the staff members. the complimentary breakfast is hardly worth trying, one would be better off eating outside.

We recently went on a romantic escape to Mysore and stayed at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we were at home. The room was well-maintained and clean, and had a lovely view of the city. We really appreciated the fact that the hotel was located close to all the major tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the city. Another advantage we loved was the room service as it was prompt, and the food was delicious.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, and we could hear the street noise which affected our sleep. The wifi was intermittent, and the television had limited channels.
